Dr. Billings is a distinguished healthcare executive, physician, and investor with extensive leadership experience in biotechnology, precision medicine, and diagnostics. He served as CEO of Biological Dynamics and CELLective and has held executive roles across leading healthcare organizations, including as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Life Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in its $13.6 billion acquisition by Thermo Fisher.

Dr. Billings has served as Senior Physician at LabCorp and held faculty positions at Harvard, UCSF, and Stanford. He has been a driving force in newborn screening and real-world evidence generation as Chairman and Investor in PlumCare RWE. His expertise in diagnostics and biotechnology extends across numerous leadership roles, including CMO at Natera, Thermo Fisher, VISN 17/VA, and LongevityLife, as well as Co-Founder and CMO of CBR Systems and GeneSage.

He has also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Johnson & Johnson and Quest Diagnostics and advises several cutting-edge healthcare companies, including LabCorp, XCures, Oncocyte, Fabric Genomics, and Cancer Commons. Additionally, he chairs the boards of KidneyMetrix, PAX Neuro, and Synergenz and serves as a Director at LabLight AR.
